Inspection
Blair sets up and inspects exhibits before they are packed for shipment. We encourage clients to be present at pre-shipment inspections to ensure that they are happy with the condition of the exhibit and with the completeness of its content.
Shipping-Receiving-Freight
Blair uses its own fleet of trucks for local freight. For long-distance deliveries, Blair uses carriers that have proven reliable, for safe transport and on-time delivery.
Inventory Control
- Blair utilizes contemporary inventory control systems to manage and track our customer’s exhibit properties and graphics.
- Blair also offers secure inventory management through client accessible software, ExhibitForce.
Warehousing
Blair's inventory is housed in its main facility in Springfield, Virginia, or at one of its nearby satellite locations. The main building is approximately 110,000 sq. ft. with additional warehouse space available as needed. All storage locations are attended, alarmed and climate controlled.
