Blair, Inc. employs a staff of carpenters and fabricators who are members of the Local 491Carpenters Union. We utilize our own employees when performing I&D services in the DC area, which benefits our customers by providing experienced personnel who are familiar with their customer's exhibit properties and take great care to get the job done right.
Blair's warehouse staff of drivers and I & D people routinely handle valuable properties for its customers.
Work to be installed is staged for a preview [by the Client and/or Designer] before it is shipped. Blair's staff will disassemble, pack, load and deliver the work to the exhibit site on Blair's trucks whenever practical.
The same staff will unload the work at the project site, move the exhibit components into position, remove all trash and packing materials and assemble graphics and exhibits into their final installation location.
Blair will work on behalf of its customers to execute a seamless move in and installation of the exhibit.
